    Overview

    The Building Power Resource Center (BPRC) Fellowship offers an opportunity for emerging policy professionals to contribute to innovative climate and economic policy initiatives. Designed for recent master’s graduates, this six-month remote fellowship provides hands-on experience supporting community organizations, labor unions, and local governments in advancing equitable decarbonization strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with partner organizations.
    • Conduct policy research and analysis related to climate and energy initiatives.
    • Identify relevant funding opportunities at federal, state, and local levels.
    • Coordinate feasibility studies and technical assessments.
    • Contribute to BPRC’s internal strategy and communications work.

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical and policy research skills.
    • Experience in organizing campaigns, advocacy, or public policy work.
    • A graduate degree in related fields is preferred.
    • Must be located in the United States and have valid work authorization.

    Benefits

    • Compensation: $4,000 per month.
    • Part-time, 20 hours per week.
    • Work structure: Four-day workweek from June through August.
