Overview

The RiseUp: Advanced Foundations programme is a partnership between ServiceNow and The Diana Award, offering a 10-week intensive, fully funded online tech training to equip young people with skills for a career in the ServiceNow technology ecosystem. Participants will gain hands-on platform experience, certification preparation, mentoring, and access to hiring networks.

Requirements

Applicants must:

Be aged 18–30 and based in Kenya, Nigeria, or South Africa.
Have the legal right to live and work in their country.
Be available full-time for 10 weeks (April 13 – June 19, 2026).
Communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
Be eager to launch a tech career and demonstrate a growth mindset.
Have access to a computer with reliable internet and a camera (no tablets or phones).
Not currently be employed by ServiceNow, its customers, or partners.
Not have prior formal ServiceNow certifications or completed a previous NextGen, Rise Up, or ServiceNow academic programme.
Not be employed by a ServiceNow customer or partner.
