    STELLENT, a trusted partner and official distributor of leading international personal care brands, is currently hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth across West Africa.

    This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in FMCG and deep connections within major wholesale markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint by working directly with importers and large trading companies across Nigeria and Ghana.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing market presence and increasing sales performance for a portfolio of globally recognized personal care brands. The role focuses on building partnerships with direct importers rather than appointing local distributors.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive sales growth and expand market presence across Nigeria and Ghana
    • Identify, engage, and onboard direct importers and major wholesale buyers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key traders in major markets such as Trade Fair Market, Balogun Market, and Idumota
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
    • Ensure consistent achievement of agreed sales targets and objectives

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be based in Nigeria (Lagos preferred)
    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in FMCG, personal care, or wholesale sales
    • Strong network within major trading hubs (Trade Fair, Balogun, Idumota, etc.)
    • Proven track record in business development and key account management
    • Experience working with importers and large trading companies
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
