🔹 Sales / Team Lead Role (MTN Nigeria)

🔑 Role Overview

The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing field teams, and increasing product penetration within assigned territories. It also involves supervising staff and ensuring efficient channel operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth, activations, and product visibility in assigned areas
Manage and lead a team of Sales Representatives and Field Agents
Monitor stock levels and distribution channels
Train, coach, and develop team members for improved performance
Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
Oversee daily operations, reporting, and documentation
Organize channel events and partner engagements

🎯 Requirements

📚 Education

B.Sc. or HND in Social Sciences or related field

💼 Experience

3–7 years work experience (preferably in sales/telecoms)
At least some supervisory/leadership experience
Experience in a structured or medium-sized organization
Familiarity with data analysis or data mining tools is a plus
Telecom experience is an added advantage
