Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science / BTech Degree in:
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering

Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Participate in designing, developing, and optimizing software applications
• Contribute to system analysis and software architecture design
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices

• Conduct unit testing and integration testing of solutions
• Support automation scripting and low-code development using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar tools
• Perform data transformation, quality checks, and validation tasks

Maintenance and Support

• Diagnose and resolve software defects under supervision
• Assist in enhancing existing applications
• Monitor the technical performance of internal systems

Collaboration and Learning

• Attend development and requirements meetings
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Continuously improve coding skills through review and mentorship
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall productivity and software quality
