Key Responsibilities

• Own the relationship from signed deal to expanded, in-production value.
• Manage agent architecture, integration blueprints, and adoption roadmaps.

• Mentor Customer Architects and lead vertical playbook development.

• Ensure deployments are prescriptive and repeatable.
