SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL MEETINGS & EVENTS
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Global Meetings & Events (M&E) will play a critical role in building and advancing the company’s global M&E program. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Travel & Expense and Events, this role will lead the development of scalable sourcing strategies, supplier models, governance, and technology-enabled processes that improve how meetings and events are sourced and managed globally.
The Senior Manager will lead strategic sourcing and commercial initiatives across the M&E portfolio, including event agencies, hotels and venues, production partners, destination management companies (DMCs), event technology, and other strategic suppliers. The role will leverage enterprise spend and demand to improve commercial outcomes, strengthen supplier performance, and create greater visibility and consistency across the M&E ecosystem.
Beyond individual sourcing initiatives, this role will help build the infrastructure of a modern M&E program — including preferred supplier strategies, sourcing and contracting standards, service tiers, spend analytics, performance measurement, and self-service capabilities.
Working closely with M&E Operations, Travel, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and business stakeholders, this role will help transform M&E sourcing into a scalable, data-driven global program.
