This position offers an opportunity for an experienced travel industry specialist to work as a Senior Travel Consultant & Ticketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client bookings and handle airline reservations.
• Process tickets and issue invoices.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end travel arrangements.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and convert travel requests into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proficient in Amadeus and other airline reservation systems.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work efficiently with digital booking platforms.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Prior experience in a travel agency environment preferred.
• Familiarity with airline operations, pricing structures, and ticketing workflows is advantageous.
