Your mission

Rebuild organic search and the website as an accountable acquisition and conversion channel for Bitpanda. You inherit a fix roadmap built with an external SEO expert and the mandate to deliver it, own bitpanda.com end to end across technical SEO, content authority and conversion, and decide what specialist team the function needs. You report to the CGO and work directly with Engineering, Analytics and Creative.

What you'll do

• Set the organic and web-growth strategy, roadmap and targets, starting from the existing fix roadmap.

• Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search and content-authority standards across our markets.

• Own website conversion: landing pages, web-to-app flows and a structured CRO cadence on high-intent journeys.

• Translate crawl, indexation and performance issues into engineering priorities, and secure the capacity to ship them.

• Lead the SEO team, decide which specialist roles are needed and justify them with evidence.

Who you are

• You have owned organic search and web growth for a large, multilingual consumer business where organic is a primary channel.

• You combine technical SEO, content authority and conversion optimisation rather than treating them as separate disciplines.

• You can turn crawl, indexation, site architecture and performance issues into clear engineering priorities, and you have won capacity for them in a contested roadmap.

• You have built a disciplined experimentation cadence across landing pages and high-intent journeys.

• You have led a small specialist team. German is not required; experience in DACH markets is a plus.
