Overview

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is seeking Social & Behaviour Change Communication Officers (SBCCO) for the Ebonyi and Kwara regions to enhance access to reproductive health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community entry activities.
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement.
• Develop a database of local contacts.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and maintain communication.
• Identify and lead management for Community Based Organizations (CBOs).
• Implement demand generation and marketing strategies.
• Conduct advocacy meetings and community engagement initiatives.
• Ensure data quality checks and timely reporting.

Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience.
• Effective communication and management skills.
• Experience in CSO management and engagement.
• Knowledge of donor contract requirements.
• Ability to maintain contacts with senior-level officials.
• Pro-choice and flexible in a changing environment.
