Overview
The Social Protection & Livelihood Programme Manager will oversee the operationalization of project cycles at Solidarités International, ensuring timely and compliant execution of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to multi-year and sectoral strategy, project design, needs assessments, and innovative approaches.
- Oversee project execution and monitor performance through field visits.
- Submit reports and represent SI at relevant meetings.
- Document programme activities and facilitate smooth programme handover.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with consortium partners and support partner capacity building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of relevant INGO experience.
- Knowledge of social protection networks, household economies, and income-generating activities in Nigeria.
- Familiarity with Kebbi State context and local governance.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
- Proficiency in market systems development and IT tools.
- Fluency in English and Hausa.
