    Overview

    The Social Protection & Livelihood Programme Manager will oversee the operationalization of project cycles at Solidarités International, ensuring timely and compliant execution of activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to multi-year and sectoral strategy, project design, needs assessments, and innovative approaches.
    • Oversee project execution and monitor performance through field visits.
    • Submit reports and represent SI at relevant meetings.
    • Document programme activities and facilitate smooth programme handover.
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies and mitigate risks.
    • Coordinate with consortium partners and support partner capacity building.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
    • 3–4 years of relevant INGO experience.
    • Knowledge of social protection networks, household economies, and income-generating activities in Nigeria.
    • Familiarity with Kebbi State context and local governance.
    • Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
    • Proficiency in market systems development and IT tools.
    • Fluency in English and Hausa.
