The Tī Kōuka Entrance Scholarship for Sustainability Leaders at the University of Otago is a prestigious undergraduate funding opportunity designed to support students who demonstrate strong leadership in sustainability.

Eligibility

Domestic students:
- New Zealand citizens
- New Zealand Residence Class Visa holders
- Australian citizens or permanent residents with domestic fee status
International students: must have either completed Year 12 and/or Year 13 at a New Zealand school, or completed (or are completing) a foundation-level programme at a New Zealand tertiary institution.
Must be enrolling for the first time in a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Otago.
Must not have completed more than 0.4 EFTS (Equivalent Full-Time Study) at degree level or higher.

Benefits

Scholarship Value: NZ$7,000 (standard, one-year tenure).
Enhanced awards may be given to exceptional applicants, potentially with higher funding and longer duration.
