The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hiya involves owning talent acquisition across EMEA, focusing on hiring for GTM and Engineering roles. As the first permanent in-house recruiter in the region, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR operations to drive successful candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 8 to 12 live roles across EMEA, from intake through to offer and handover.
Conduct intake meetings to develop clear, sourceable briefs and align them with market realities.
Source candidates proactively, utilizing AI tools to enhance the recruitment process.
Maintain market maps, talent pools, and competitor intelligence to strengthen internal knowledge.
Effectively pitch Hiya to potential candidates and address any skepticism.
Collaborate with HR Operations and onboarding across the US and Europe, ensuring clear candidate expectations.

Requirements

5+ years of in-house recruiting experience across multiple EMEA countries.
Experience recruiting both commercial and technical roles, with the ability to engage engineering hiring managers.
Proven track record in identifying and attracting senior talent in a competitive market.
Ability to operate as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
Fluent use of AI tools in recruiting processes.
Strong resilience and comfort with ambiguity.
