Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of Business Developers to achieve merchant acquisition and retention targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard new merchants and activate accounts.
- Increase transaction volumes and drive overall revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value merchants and business partners.
- Oversee merchant performance and ensure consistent engagement while reducing churn.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in fintech, payments, merchant acquisition, or FMCG field sales.
- Understanding of the merchant value chain, POS business, and digital payments ecosystem.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is an advantage.
