Overview
A client is currently seeking to hire a Tech Sales and Customer Success Specialist to be based in Gaduwa, Abuja. The position focuses on supporting the growth of the company’s digital product portfolio and ensures strong customer experience and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
- Support the sales team through pre-sales and active sales efforts, including delivering product training on digital offerings.
- Organize and facilitate seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote digital products.
- Provide customer training and onboarding support for digital platforms.
- Develop customer success stories, case studies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design tailored solutions.
- Support product launches, promotions, and other commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or Economics.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, customer success, or sales support.
- Preferred experience in consultancy, training, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer education.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and social media tools.
- Abilities in negotiation, marketing analysis, and project management.
Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₦300,000.
