Eligibility

A strong academic background with an advanced university degree in fields such as education, agricultural sciences, or social sciences.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in capacity development program design and delivery.
Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum design.
Proficiency in English and/or French.
Familiarity with Africa’s agricultural research and development landscape.
Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams.
