    The Leadership Director for the Global Leadership Accelerator will play a crucial role in designing leadership development experiences, coaching senior leaders, and shaping global initiatives that accelerate system-wide change. Through this position, the selected candidate will work with social entrepreneurs, educators, policymakers, and changemakers across the globe.

    This job opportunity is remote and available to candidates located in several Asia-Pacific countries, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

    Leadership Role in the Global Leadership Accelerator

    The Leadership Director will work within the Global Leadership Accelerator, a strategic initiative that focuses on cultivating strong leadership across the Teach For All network.

    The Accelerator aims to build deeply conscious leaders who are motivated by purpose and committed to transforming inequitable systems in education. By developing leadership capacity among educators, social entrepreneurs, and policymakers, the program seeks to drive meaningful change in global education systems.

    This role also connects closely with the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, an initiative that facilitates learning and collaboration among education leaders, researchers, and policymakers around the world.

    The institute contributes to the development of leadership skills while also generating insights, research, and tools that support the transformation of education systems globally.

    Key Responsibilities of the Leadership Director

    The Leadership Director will help launch new initiatives and expand existing leadership development programs across the Teach For All network.

    Some of the most important responsibilities include designing leadership experiences and supporting senior leaders who are working to reshape education systems.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Designing Leadership Programs

    The selected candidate will help co-design leadership development initiatives that bring together emerging and established leaders across the global education sector.

    Examples include:

    • Designing fellowships for policymakers and political leaders
    • Creating leadership development programs for educators and system leaders
    • Facilitating global learning experiences and workshops

    Coaching Senior Leaders

    The Leadership Director will coach and support senior leaders within the Teach For All network.

    This involves:

    • Leading peer learning groups
    • Supporting leadership teams in strengthening their impact
    • Providing guidance on leadership development and strategic thinking

    Facilitating Global Learning Experiences

    Another important responsibility involves facilitating workshops and leadership programs for educators and changemakers worldwide.

    The Leadership Director will manage projects from conception to execution.

    Qualifications Required for the Leadership Director Role

    Work Environment and Travel Expectations

    This role is fully remote, allowing professionals to work from one of several eligible countries across the Asia-Pacific region.

    Although the position is primarily virtual, the role may require up to 20% travel to support leadership programs, workshops, or global learning initiatives.

    Because the organization operates globally, team members may occasionally need to work across different time zones.
