The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has officially opened applications for the Young Champions of the Earth 2026 initiative, designed to identify, support, and amplify young environmental innovators.

Eligibility

• Be between 18 and 30 years old by the end of the calendar year
• Have been actively working on an environmental idea or project for at least six months
• Demonstrate a clear commitment to environmental improvement
• Present a solution with potential for scalability and impact
