Overview

The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited offers scholarship programmes aimed at developing Nigeria's future talent by promoting academic excellence among young Nigerians, especially from less-privileged backgrounds.

Eligibility

• Citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
• Registered FULL-TIME undergraduates in an accredited course at an approved University in Nigeria
• Must be in 200 Level (as of December 2020) or possess proof of admission for the 2019/2020 academic session

Benefits

The scholarship is merit-based and available in two categories:

• National Merit Award (NM): Open to all Nigerians.
• Areas of Operation Merit Award: Open to Nigerians from SPDC's operational areas in Abia, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, and Rivers States.
