    Key Responsibilities

    The Programme Development & Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor is responsible for providing technical leadership, programme design support, and evaluation expertise. Core responsibilities include:

    Programme Development and Strategy

    • Lead the design and development of PRR and PCVE programmes and projects
    • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses across programme areas
    • Facilitate consultations with stakeholders, including civil society and partner organizations
    • Develop programme documentation and implementation plans
    • Support resource mobilization and donor engagement strategies
    • Lead development of project proposals and donor reporting

    Monitoring and Evaluation Leadership

    • Provide technical guidance to programme teams on the development of robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks
    • Ensure integration of monitoring systems into programme implementation plans
    • Incorporate gender equality and human rights considerations into evaluation processes
    • Oversee M&E activities conducted by consultants and partner organizations
    • Capture lessons learned and integrate best practices into programme frameworks

    Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing

    • Experience supporting complex international development programmes

    Additional experience considered advantageous includes:

    • Conducting monitoring and evaluation capacity-building workshops

    • Working within diverse international or country contexts

    • Professional experience with multilateral organizations (minimum two years preferred)
