Overview

This position offers experienced professionals in the humanitarian and health sector an opportunity to deliver high-quality psychosocial support services in complex and emergency settings as a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and operational oversight for all mental health and psychosocial support activities.
Lead the daily planning and implementation of MHPSS interventions.
Supervise Psychosocial Workers (PSWs) to ensure services meet global standards.
Conduct regular needs assessments and program reviews.
Coordinate with logistics teams for service delivery environments.
Monitor and report on program performance indicators and progress.
Manage the MHPSS team, deliver technical coaching, and organize training sessions.
Represent PUI in coordination meetings and engage with stakeholders to strengthen program impact.
