    🎯 Role Overview

    The Programmes Lead will oversee end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring initiatives are well-designed, effectively implemented, and aligned with AVHF’s mission. This role requires a proactive professional who can translate ideas into structured, measurable impact.

    🔧 Key Responsibilities

    • Lead programme design, planning, and implementation
    • Coordinate stakeholders, partners, and volunteers
    • Manage monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes
    • Ensure programme quality, compliance, and reporting
    • Drive programme growth and innovation
    • Support grant writing and resource mobilization
    • Track deliverables and ensure timely execution

    🎓 Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in programme coordination or nonprofit management
    • Experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or community development (preferred)
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Experience in monitoring & evaluation (MEL)
    • Grant writing or fundraising experience is an advantage
    • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and remote teams
