Overview
Habitat for Humanity International is seeking passionate individuals for several remote positions dedicated to creating affordable housing solutions and strengthening communities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft international contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on governance, compliance, employment, and data privacy.
- Support risk management, legal research, and compliance.
- Build a pipeline of potential corporate partners.
- Develop partnership plans and marketing materials.
- Advocate for Habitat’s mission within corporate sectors.
- Lead and coach data, analytics, and technology teams.
- Develop strategy for data governance, CRM, and analytics.
- Support disaster preparedness planning and training.
- Monitor hazard events and coordinate response efforts.
- Assist in recovery planning and volunteer deployment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s Degree for legal roles.
- 5+ years of legal experience for Assistant General Counsel.
- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in donor relations for Manager, Corporate Partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 10+ years in nonprofit fundraising for Senior Director.
- 2-3 years experience in disaster response for Specialist role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
Benefits
- Salary range for Assistant General Counsel: $107,000 - $126,000 (US) or starting at 4,420 euros/month (Slovakia).
- Salary range for Senior Director: $119,510 - $140,600.
- Full-time hourly rate for Specialist: $23-$27/hr.
