Overview
DTECH Centrix Plus Limited is inviting applications for the position of Virtual Assistant (Executive Assistant), a full-time remote opportunity for highly organized individuals capable of supporting executive-level operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support sales-related tasks such as client communication, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate special projects and ensure timely execution
- Maintain smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in sales or business operations is an added advantage
