Visiting Teaching Fellow @OSCE Academy

Overview

The OSCE Academy in Bishkek has announced a call for applications for Visiting Teaching Fellowship positions within its Master’s Programme in Economic Governance and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing course materials in a timely and structured manner
• Delivering lectures and conducting seminars according to the course schedule
• Evaluating and grading student academic performance
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance and academic progress
• Submitting required reports to the Department of Education
• Participating in or organizing student-related academic events
• Preparing administrative and academic documentation related to the course
• Performing additional duties as assigned by programme management

Requirements

• PhD degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in higher education
• Proven ability to develop innovative teaching materials and course structures
• Strong command of the English language
• Familiarity with digital learning tools such as Canvas LMS and Zoom
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
