VV Visionaries Program 2026: Fully Virtual Global Leadership Program for Women Social Impact Leaders @Vital Voices Global Partnership

Overview

The VV Visionaries Program is a fully virtual global leadership program for women social impact leaders, a partnership between Vital Voices Global Partnership and the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund. It aims to support and champion women leaders across diverse sectors who want to create positive social impact.

Requirements

• Identify as a woman.
• Be 18 years old by May 2026.
• Proficient in English.
• Founder or co-founder of a social sector organization (NGO, foundation, social impact initiative) or a social enterprise with explicit social impact.
• Currently not participating in or graduated from another Vital Voices leadership program in 2025 or 2026.
• Community-Based Leadership: Demonstrated commitment to positive community impact.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Challenges the status quo and explores new approaches.
• Track Record of Action: Tangible evidence of initiatives, projects, or measurable steps toward change.
• Commitment to Community Engagement: Eager to contribute to and remain engaged with the Vital Voices alumni network.
• Potential for Impact: Leader with the potential to drive their vision forward.

Program Commitment

• Actively participate in 7 live weekly virtual sessions (2 hours each).
• Dedicate an additional 1-2 hours per week for assignments and peer calls/discussions (3-4 hours weekly).
• No more than 2 absences allowed to remain in good standing.
• Complete surveys throughout the program and for up to one year after completion.
• Remain engaged with the Vital Voices network upon graduation.

Technical Requirements

• Access to a computer with a camera or a phone.
• Reliable internet or network connection.

How to Apply

Applications must be written in English. The estimated time to complete is 30 minutes. It is recommended to write responses to short-answer questions in a separate document and paste them into the application. Save and continue later functionality is available via email link. AI can be utilized to enhance drafting responses, but must be guided by ethical principles.
