    • Must have at least five years of experience in a senior or executive management role
    • Must be currently employed in the South African public sector

    Additional requirements include:

    • The applicant’s employer or profession must be affiliated with Finance and Accounting Services Sector Education and Training Authority
    • If the employer is not affiliated, the applicant must work within a finance, audit, or compliance unit
    • Applicants must not have previously participated in a FASSET-funded Women Leadership Programme
