This program is tailored for mid-career women working within the peace and security sector in Geneva, including those in international organizations, policy institutions, and NGOs.

Benefits

Participants will gain new skills, a deeper understanding of their leadership identity, and join a global community of leaders. A tuition waiver is available for eligible applicants from conflict-affected or fragile regions unable to afford the 1200 CHF fee.
