Overview

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has opened applications for the Women’s Peace Leadership Programme 2026–2027, an initiative aimed at empowering women working in peacebuilding and security through digital leadership skills.

Eligibility

Only women applicants are eligible.
At least five years of professional experience in peacebuilding, security, development, digital tools and governance, or human rights.
Citizens of OSCE participating states or Partners for Cooperation.
Currently engaged in relevant fields of peace and security.
Fluency in English.
Commitment to gender equality.
Availability to participate fully in the programme for its duration.
