Overview

The YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program is an experiential leadership training initiative for young West Africans. It aims to invest in the next generation of leaders to drive transformation in their countries.

Eligibility

Citizens and residents of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and Burkina Faso.
Not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Eligible to receive a visa to Ghana.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
18 to 35 years of age at the time of application.
No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, socio-economic status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
