The Young and Emerging Leaders Project (YELP) Fellowship 2026 is a leadership development programme organized by the LéO Africa Institute and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) to equip Africa’s next generation of changemakers with essential values, skills, and networks for socio-economic transformation.

Eligibility

Must be between 21 and 35 years old
Must be from any African country
Open to any professional or creative background
Must demonstrate commitment to:

- Community and continental impact
