Overview

The African Reinsurance Corporation (Africa Re) is offering the Young Insurance Professionals Programme (YIPP), an annual online training designed to foster the development of the insurance and reinsurance industry in Africa by providing brilliant graduates with accelerated career development opportunities.

Eligibility

Citizen of a member state of Africa Re.
Maximum 32 years of age.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Relevant work experience in an insurance or reinsurance company, insurance broking firm, or other related fields.
Access to the internet.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and/or French.

Benefits

One-year training program with on-the-job experience.
Intensive 9 months online training in Reinsurance, Leadership, and Management.
One week face-to-face training in Lagos or another Africa Re office city.
Opportunity to influence organizations through knowledge and skills acquisition.
Sponsorship to a major insurance/reinsurance event in Africa for the top ten graduates.
