Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing critical data
• Formulating and testing hypotheses

• Supporting implementation of solutions

Requirements

• 2026 or early 2027 graduate
• Based in Kenya or Ethiopia
• Undergraduate or master’s degree with strong academic performance
• Less than 1 year of continuous work experience
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular or professional activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (and local language where applicable)
