Overview

Applications are invited for the Young Professional Program (WBG YPP), a starting point for an exciting career at the World Bank Group. This program recruits young professionals from around the world with relevant academic and professional backgrounds for roles at the World Bank, IFC, and MIGA.

Eligibility

• Born on or after October 1, 1988
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a field relevant to YPP Business Areas
• Relevant professional experience or continued study at the doctoral level
• Fluency in English
• Preference for nationals of WBG member countries or countries of operations. Sub-Saharan African nationals, Caribbean nationals, women, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
