Overview

This opportunity invites young women leaders from Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda to join the Youth Advisory Committee under the Pathways to Scale (P2S) program.

Eligibility

• Young women aged 18–35
• Preferably experience running a business
• Operational focus on or support for rural communities
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and youth development
• Ability to advocate effectively for peers and communities
