Enumerators and Field Data Personnel Roster – Nigeria SoCha LLC

SoCha LLC, an international monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) firm, is currently building a national roster of qualified professionals in Nigeria to support potential Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) assignments. The organization works globally to provide evidence-based insights that support humanitarian and development actors in making informed, adaptive, and impactful decisions, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected environments.

The recruitment exercise is aimed at identifying experienced Enumerators, Field Monitors, Field Supervisors, State Coordinators, and Data Quality Specialists who may be deployed for short-term assignments across Northern Nigeria, including the Northeast, Northwest, and Northcentral regions. • Reporting findings clearly, accurately, and within deadlines
    • Upholding safeguarding, data protection, PSEA, and Do No Harm principles
    • Working across sectors including Food Security, Nutrition, Health, WASH, Protection, Shelter, and Livelihoods

    Minimum Requirements

Candidates considered for the roster are expected to have:

    • Prior experience in humanitarian monitoring, evaluations, or field data collection
    • Familiarity with conflict-affected or hard-to-reach regions in Nigeria
    • Strong contextual understanding of local communities, LGAs, and state structures
    • Fluency in English, with Hausa and/or Kanuri considered strong advantages

    • Ability to use digital tools for data collection, GPS tagging, and reporting
    • Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
    • Access to an Android smartphone and basic field equipment (e.g., power bank, data access)
    • Willingness to comply with confidentiality agreements and safeguarding policies
