Overview This position as a Technical Manager offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate technical operations across the Asia-Pacific region while working remotely, ideally from Japan, South Korea, or Taiwan. Key Responsibilities Manage daily activities of technical staff, consultants, and distributor technicians in the region. Develop technical onboarding and training programs. Oversee technical delivery stages including planning, installation, and maintenance. Establish equipment assembly and maintenance capabilities. Lead regulatory strategies and industry engagement for market development. Requirements Strong technical background in concrete mix design or related fields. Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams. Knowledge of construction regulatory processes is advantageous. Bilingual in Japanese and English preferred; other APAC languages a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the APAC region.
