Key Responsibilities Provide expert input into the ongoing review of UNIDO’s Integrated Results and Performance Framework (IRPF). Co-lead the design and implementation of UNIDO’s first RBM Award initiative. Support comprehensive mapping of performance and results data collection across the organization. Contribute to key UNIDO corporate reports, including the Annual Report and Programme and Budgets documentation. Integrate gender equality considerations into monitoring systems and reporting frameworks. Requirements Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in relevant fields such as Economics or Engineering. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years at the international level. Strong expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation systems. Experience in Results-Based Management frameworks. Proven background in technical cooperation or development programming. Experience with international organizations, preferably within the UN system. Demonstrated commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional UN languages is an advantage.
