Journey of Hope Nepal is seeking motivated and creative individuals for Communication and Outreach Intern/Volunteer positions and Fundraising Intern/Volunteer positions to support its initiatives. These opportunities are ideal for those passionate about social impact, storytelling, nonprofit communications, and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
Assist with website updates and digital communication materials
Support outreach campaigns to expand community engagement
Draft newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
Help build partnerships with stakeholders and supporters
Monitor and report on communication performance metrics
Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
Identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities
Support grant writing and proposal development
Coordinate online fundraising campaigns
Maintain donor databases and communication records
Help organise fundraising events and community initiatives

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in nonprofit work, community development, fundraising, or development studies
Experience with social media management tools (preferred)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong research and organisational skills
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Ability to collaborate with a diverse team
