Overview
ACAPS (Assessment Capacities Project) is an independent analytical organization supporting humanitarian decision-making. They are expanding their consultant roster for multiple expert roles in humanitarian analysis, offering flexible, remote consultancy opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis in areas such as anticipatory analysis, conflict, displacement, food security, gender, health, and resilience.
- Specializing in novel data, data science, and developing training programs.
- Editing content and providing graphic design or language editing services.
- Contributing to ACAPS's mission of providing evidence-based insights for humanitarian response.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience in a specific thematic area.
- Proven track record working on crisis response, analysis, or research in the humanitarian sector.
- Competency in data analysis, training, editing, or visual communication, depending on the role.
- Ability to work remotely, with willingness to travel if required.
- A proposal detailing relevant experience, past projects, and proposed daily rate.
- Relevant work samples or case studies.
- Contact details of at least two professional references.
- Up-to-date CV/Portfolio tailored to the specific consultancy area.
