Overview
The Global Methane Hub (GMH) is seeking a Grants & Compliance Associate to support its global grant-making operations. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured due diligence on prospective grantees to evaluate organizational integrity and risk.
- Ensure accurate processing and monitoring of grants from approval through closeout.
- Maintain the integrity of GMH’s grants management system (Fluxx) across all grant phases.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding compliance and grant processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in grant management, compliance, or due diligence
- Experience in philanthropy, international development, or the non-profit sector preferred
- Proficiency with Fluxx or comparable grants management systems
- Experience conducting due diligence across multiple regions, particularly Latin America, Asia, or Africa
- Strong financial analysis and organizational risk assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently
- Knowledge of international grant-making regulations and compliance standards
