Account Executive @Aurora Solar

Overview

Aurora Solar is on a mission to create a future of solar for all, providing award-winning software that simplifies solar project design and adoption. The Account Executive will drive business growth in key European markets including the UK and France, while also influencing market strategy and product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas targeting solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies.
• Lead full-cycle new business opportunities from prospecting to close, including stakeholder alignment and negotiation.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound demand, and partner-sourced leads.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations connecting customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Share insights with Product, Marketing, and EU leadership to inform strategies.
• Represent Aurora at industry events and conferences across Europe.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
• Ability to uncover customer challenges and connect solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and revenue forecasting.
