Account Executive, Enterprise - Northeast @1Password

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a strategic enterprise territory by developing sophisticated account and territory plans.
• Create new executive relationships and leverage an existing network to accelerate access and credibility.
• Identify whitespace opportunities across identity security, AI adoption, and privileged access.
• Build and maintain pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity to achieve significant annual quotas.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and establish consensus among buying groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of successful enterprise cybersecurity sales experience.
• A track record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas and closing complex multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and an understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Established relationships within financial institutions, particularly in New York City.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite leaders.
• Rigorous skills in account planning, pipeline management, and negotiations.

Benefits

• Annual base salary between $149,000 and $216,000 USD, commission-eligible.

Location

This position is remote for candidates based in the U.S., specifically in the New York metro area, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston, or Washington DC. Regular travel is expected within the territory.
