Key Responsibilities

• Own mid-market accounts end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion.
• Sell Zapier's AI-powered automation platform to enterprises transitioning to orchestrated, AI-first operations.
• Build relationships at events, conferences, and with executives beyond initial LinkedIn connections.
• Lead discussions on the business impact of automation rather than just product features.
• Drive complex deal negotiations across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Help shape go-to-market strategies for the mid-market segment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of success in selling SaaS solutions to technical or multi-stakeholder organizations at mid-market levels.
• Proven track record of closing software deals and meeting sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier.
• Ability to discuss IT concerns including security and compliance knowledgeably.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate personal motivation.
• Active use of AI in work processes with verifiable results.
