Overview
The role involves managing a defined portfolio of Fortune 500 customers in the Southeastern United States, focusing on driving both new business and expansion within organizations. This position requires creating strategies, collaborating with various teams, and closing significant deals to foster Scribe's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic account plans to uncover opportunities and deepen adoption across large organizations.
- Lead complex sales cycles, aligning stakeholders to close high-value deals.
- Develop executive relationships with customers to secure alignment and advocacy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on knowledge movement and work automation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance account strategies.
- Own metrics around ARR growth and expansion and report them to inform strategy.
- Establish scalable enterprise sales motions for global accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in large enterprise environments.
- Experience closing six-figure and seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Background in selling to CIOs and other C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to build account and territory plans and manage strategic pursuits.
- Experience working directly with executives to establish trust and drive deals.
- A proactive approach as both a strategist and hands-on seller.
