Overview

Rillet is an AI-native ERP designed for accounting and finance teams. The company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accounting Solutions Consultant to help lead the successful onboarding of new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth implementation experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones and align stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Identify risks early and keep customer launches on track.
• Build trust with customers by being responsive and solutions-oriented.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of core finance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in Big 4, SaaS, or at a technology company is a plus.

Location

This role is remote, but candidates should be based anywhere in the United States. Office-based team members meet in person on specified days each week.
