Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ad campaigns are implemented and launched on time, aligned with client objectives.
• Provide technical support to key customers and Ad Sales partners, managing issue escalation.
• Optimize campaign outcomes and maximize client ROI by troubleshooting messaging and targeting.
• Synthesize campaign performance insights for stakeholders and clients.
• Build and scale automations and tooling, including AI/LLM-based workflows.
• Serve as the operational engine for revenue-driving functions across Discord's Business Organization.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to drive efficiency gains.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or similar is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ad technologies and campaign operation methodologies.
• Experience with technical escalations and platform integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000.00 to $216,000.00, plus equity and benefits.

Location

This position is US-based and can be performed remotely from New York or San Francisco.
