The African Centre for Development Impact (ACDI) has opened applications for its Systematic Review Training and Mentorship Programme, a four-month capacity-building initiative designed to equip aspiring researchers with practical skills in systematic review methods and evidence synthesis.
The programme seeks qualified and motivated individuals from across Africa who have a strong research background and a genuine interest in evidence-based research. Participants will receive structured training and mentorship to strengthen their ability to conduct rigorous systematic reviews that support research, policy development, and decision-making.
The Systematic Review Training and Mentorship Programme is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge of systematic review methodologies while offering mentorship from experienced researchers.
Over four months, selected participants will develop the skills required to plan, conduct, and report systematic reviews using internationally recognised evidence synthesis approaches.
The programme is particularly suited to individuals seeking to strengthen their research capacity for careers in academia, public health, development, policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and other evidence-driven sectors.
ACDI is looking for applicants who:
