AI Architect (Senior) @Kustomer

Overview

Kustomer is a conversational CRM platform that enhances customer experiences through AI and automation. They are seeking a Senior AI Architect to design and build intelligent agents and automations for their customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer experts to understand their use cases and systems.
• Design and build AI agents, code tools, and automations in Kustomer Concierge and Envoy.
• Guide customers through data and integration work necessary for agent functionality.
• Help prospects with proof of concept builds in testing environments.
• Test, debug, and tune AI configurations in production, analyzing logs and API responses.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide field feedback and best practices.
• Collaborate across the company to share AI knowledge and best practices.
• Travel as needed to support customer initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or engineering in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Track record of conducting effective customer discovery sessions.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and prototypes with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and understanding of Code Tool functionality.
• Genuine fluency in AI tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with customer experience and omnichannel delivery discussions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Innate curiosity for new technologies and willingness to share insights.
