AI Product Manager @NICE

Overview

The role involves serving as an AI Product Manager at NICE, focusing on building ethical and impactful AI solutions for the Public Safety and Justice sector. This position bridges complex machine learning capabilities and the needs of first responders, legal professionals, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with law enforcement and emergency personnel to identify pain points solvable by AI, such as automated transcription and evidence management.
• Translate user needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis of the Public Safety and Security market to identify feature gaps and market opportunities.
• Monitor advancements in AI, focusing on Generative AI, computer vision, and Drone as First Responder technologies.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on impact and technical feasibility within the regulatory context of the justice system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in delivering SaaS products.
• 1-3 years of experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of the ML lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze data for product decisions and measure success with KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills to synthesize technical trends into actionable insights.
